Sheikh Zayed: Life and Times is the museum’s core gallery, tracing the life story of Sheikh Zayed and his unification of the UAE. Seminal moments in the intertwined histories of man and nation will be brought alive through photographs, national treasures, key documents and personal effects belonging to the late ruler.
The Falconry and Conservation Gallery will focus on Sheikh Zayed’s appreciation of the natural world, its conservation and preservation, as well as his passion for falconry. Originally developed as a means for surviving in the desert, falconry has evolved into a pastime enjoyed by many.
The Sheikh Zayed Library encourages visitors to take their learning about Sheikh Zayed and the UAE a step further. In the library visitors will be able to examine historical and cultural sources and explore various interactive media.
