Rotana offers the best of both worlds. They are honoured and excited to be bringing their unique brand of hospitality to the Saadiyat experience. Saadiyat Rotana Resort, Abu Dhabi will have 350 rooms, 13 serviced villas, a variety of F&B outlets, a spa and a Bodylines health and fitness club. It is expected to open in 2013.

They now bring their trusted name and experience to the management of their Saadiyat Island project. The Park Hyatt Resort at Saadiyat developed by ADNH will open in 2011. It will have 354 luxury rooms, 13 serviced villas, four signature restaurants, conference and recreation facilities.

Slated for opening in 2013, Mandarin Oriental Hotel and Residences will open its doors to guests on Saadiyat Island. Developed by TDIC, it will have 160 guest rooms, 35 serviced apartments, and 50 branded residences.
