The Park Hyatt Resort at Saadiyat developed by ADNH will open in 2011. It will have
354 luxury rooms, 13 serviced villas, four signature restaurants, conference and
recreation facilities.
Slated for opening in 2013, Mandarin Oriental Hotel and Residences will open its
doors to guests on Saadiyat Island. Developed by TDIC, it will have 160 guest rooms,
35 serviced apartments, and 50 branded residences.
