“My role is to support the company in the development of our projects, from conception through to delivery. I ensure these remain on schedule, within budget and that TDIC’s high standards are upheld throughout the process.” Ali Yousif Al-Hammadi, a UAE National, is TDIC’s Executive Director of Project Services, and is responsible for managing the project services that support all projects from initial conception through to design, development, execution, delivery and completion by executing commercial deals with consultants, contractors, and suppliers. 

Al-Hammadi joined TDIC in 2006, bringing with him seven years project management experience. He has made significant contributions to a number of TDIC projects, including Saadiyat, Desert Islands and Al Bateen Wharf. Prior to joining TDIC, Al-Hammadi worked as an electrical engineer for Abu Dhabi Company for Onshore Oil Operations, where he oversaw activities such as the company’s standard procedures and safety guidelines.

Throughout his career, Al-Hammadi has built a number of professional affiliations and has been a key figure in presenting development projects to high level authorities. Al-Hammadi graduated with a BA in Electrical Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology, US. He continued his studies in the UAE and holds an MBA from Abu Dhabi University.
