Mohanad joined TDIC in 2010, with over 15 years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Audit, External Audit, Business Consulting and Financial Management.  Prior to joining TDIC, Moussly worked in several reputable organizations including Khalifa Fund as Director of Internal Audit & Risk Management. He also worked for Dubai Holding, Deloitte, and Arthur Andersen.

Throughout his career, he has managed and executed a number of significant projects in the areas of Enterprise Risk Management, Operational & Financial Risk Assessments & Reporting, Internal Audit Establishment, Restructuring and Management, Corporate Governance reviews, operational audits of management processes in several industries and audits of financial statements prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

During his tenure with Dubai Holding, Mohanad was nominated for the Dubai Holding’s Best Employee Award in 2006 for his work on Enterprise Risk Management and has achieved, throughout his career several recommendations equally from clients, senior business executives and other independent consultants.   Mohanad is a graduate of the American University of Beirut in Lebanon, where he has earned his BA in Public Administration. He is also a Certified Internal Auditor and a Certified Public Accountant from the USA.Mohanad is married and has one child, he is passionate about scuba diving and outdoor activities.
