Nabil Al Kendi is responsible for managing the design planning, development and delivery of TDIC’s projects. Nabil’s studies and work experience in multicultural environments, coupled with his solid grounding in UAE commercial development, give him unique capabilities that are of real value to TDIC.                  
                                                                                                      
Prior to joining TDIC, Nabil worked in several major organisations including Zabeel Investment as Director of Zabeel Properties. He has also worked for Meraas Development as Development Director, and Emaar Properties, where he held several management positions.  

His work in the UAE includes the recently opened Jumeirah Zabeel Saray resort and spa on The Palm Jumeirah, and the Burj Khalifa master plan. Outside of the UAE, Nabil has worked on Emaar’s International Development, Emaar Syria Developments plus other projects in the MENA region.  

Nabil completed various training courses and workshops in leadership, development and project management, and other technical programmes. He is also a member of the Society of Engineers in the UAE.  

Nabil, a UAE National, is a graduate of the Northeastern University in Boston, and Bluefield State WV, U.S.A, where he earned a BSc Degree in Architectural Engineering and Civil Engineering.
